"Had a Good Feeling About It"
I had a feeling I’d be able to find what I needed, and sure enough, they had all my usual stuff. It was nice to just grab everything without having to think too much about it

"Confusing info on the site and damaged items"
Two of the products showed up cracked and leaking, and the box looked beat up when it arrived. I was also a little confused because the website made it seem like everything would be packaged more securely, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected

"Took Its Sweet Time"
It took extra time to arrive, which was just fantastic because who doesn’t love waiting longer than expected? Eventually got it, but the delay definitely made the whole experience less enjoyable.

I’ve ordered from ecosmetics.com a few times, and the products themselves showed up totally fine. The annoying part is the delivery timing, it’s kind of a crapshoot. One order arrived right on time, but another one was a few days late and the updates were basically useless. Not a total disaster or anything, but the shipping can be a pain in the ass, so I’d only order from them when I’m not in a hurry

"Pretty good overall, just one small delay"
I ordered a few skincare things and almost everything arrived like expected, except one item ended up getting delayed even though it showed as in stock. They did email me quickly about it, which I appreciated. Not a perfect experience, but still better than a few other sites I’ve used. Weirdly, I remember opening the package while eating a pickle, so maybe that’s why it stuck in my head.

My package showed up quikc, which was nice, but two items weren’t in the box. I emailed support and I’m still waiting to hear back. The stuff that did arrive was fine, it’s just kind of annoying having to deal with missing things.

I ordered from ecosmetics.com the tracking was super clear the whole way through. I got an email when it shipped, and I could check where the package was without feeling like I needed to solve a mystery or refresh the page a thousand times. The updates came through normally, and my order showed up right when it said it would. Everything was packed nicely too. Just a simple, no-drama experience, which I always appreciate. I’d definitely order from them again...

"Promo Code Was Disappointing"
I had a promo code and was excited to use it, but it barely applied to anything in my cart. The prices were okay overall, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the deals felt a little misleading. it was more annoying than anything, even if everything else was fine.

"Quick fix, no endless waiting"
I had a small issue with my order, so I sent them a message, not expecting to hear back anytime soon. I’m not the most patient when stuff goes wrong, so I was ready to be annoyed, but they actually replied fast and clearly read what I wrote. They got everything sorted without making me go back and forth a million times, which I really appreciated. Simple, easy, and no stress. I’d definitely order from ecosmetics.com again

"Decent rewards, but the timing is annoying"
I shop on ecosmetics every now and then, and the loyalty points are a nice little perk. They do add up if you order often, and I managed to use them for a small discount once, which was nice. But the timing feels kind of off. By the time I actually have enough points to use, I’m usually not ready to place another order, or I’ve already missed when it would’ve been helpful. It also wasn’t super clear at first what the points were really worth, and the emails don’t explain it that well. It’s not a bad rewards program, just feels a little slow and not always useful when you actually need it.

I ended up waiting for a while, and then it got canceled anyway. Not totally sure what happened, but it kind of felt like they might’ve been overbooked or didn’t have things organized. Frustrating experience overall.

"I ended up having to return something because…"
I ended up having to return something because I picked the wrong shade... totally my fault. The return page was fine, though not the clearest thing ever, but I figured it out and got it submitted. The refund hit my account after 3 days, which was quicker than I expected! I’m taking off one star because the email updates were kind of slow, but overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Not gonna lie, it was a bit disappointing"
Not gonna lie, I was annoyed when my skincare order showed up with different items than what I actually ordered. The shipping itself was fine, and customer service did get back to me, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But having to deal with fixing the mix-up was still frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just not what I expected. I might give them another try, but I’m not sure yet

"Checkout was okay, but payment options felt limited"
Checkout went through fine, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish there were more payment options because it would’ve made things easier for me. Also, the way some of the prompts were worded kind of made me feel talked down to, which was a little annoying. Not terrible overall, just could be smoother.
